to Lost! I don't know whether to love it or hate it. Last night was the first new episode in 6 weeks, and it was very frustrating because they are so slow to reveal information. it's like once you start watching you have to continue cause you have to know what happens to Charlie, Claire and her baby, why is Sawyer so hateful, will they ever finish building that raft and will it actually float with those metal beam thingies as a frame, and of course just looking at Sayid is fun; and I was literally screaming at the TV at the end of the show, with Locke crouched down over that hatch and I was like GRRRRRRRRR just tell us something! heh, yeah I think obsession is a good word to use here. In other news, the youth group has entered a basketball competition on Saturday, I plan on going and hopefully will take some pictures, but my plans have been known to change frequently. I also hope to have a new layout soon, with cherries on it because I like cherries. I have the files I just have to figure out how to upload them! I got it here if you want to go check out. Ok that's all for now.

Stickers and stuff
I got a new sticker for my car when I went to Gatlingburg this weekend. Yippee! It says "Your village called...they're missing an idiot" ha ha...actually I don't think that's an exact quote but yeah, that's basically what it said. I also got a sticker from Zebby at Planet Zeb, a groovy online radion station, but I haven't put it on my car yet. I'm running out of room! So we've changed the dates of the retreat from the third weekend in May to the middle of the week. How frustrating! But the kids won't be out of school until then so I guess it worked out good, but I might not get to go because it is during the week. Also, graduation is on Friday the 13th, how weird is that?

Gas prices people
I went to Gatlinburg today to look at some chalets for our girls youth retreat in May and oh... m'goodness...Gas was $2.46 a gallon! For the cheap stuff! I almost fell down cold right there on the pavement. It makes me almost want to get a bike...almost. It would take me three days to get to work if I had to ride a bicycle. No, not really maybe one day but then what would be the point of going to work when I would just have to turn around and go back home. So anyway the houses on Ski Mountain are fabulous and since I'm poor they can only ever be a far reaching dream of mine. But hey, I saw a guy in graffiti covered overalls and a girl that had on this UGLY short black and red striped dress that she should not have been wearing since I could see every fat roll she had and then some. I swear mini skirts are getting to be a little ridiculous these days. You might as well just wear underwear and save everybody the trouble of imagining what kind you have on. Mine are dark blue by the way.

you gotta see this
I like to hear the names that people have picked out for their kids, and I especially like to make fun of the weird ones people come up with cause ya know you gotta wonder what were some of these people smokin when they came up with names?! But here is a lady who takes it to another level. I swear, I was laughing so hard now my stomach hurts and my cat probably thinks I have issues or something.

midnight tears
Last night at like 2 a.m. I was awakened by this sudden urge to scrastch my nose and in doing so proceeded to pull out a nice dried-up boogey that was sticking out, along with a coupla hairs. Yeah, can we just say that it was not fun. To quote my Nana it hurt like the dickens...and that's putting it mildly. Tears filled my eyes as I sneezed my head off and wondered how in the heck do men, or anybody for that matter, pluck their nose hairs. God put those hairs there for a reason and I'm not so sure we should be messin' with 'em. *wink wink Sessa*. But, I'm glad to say I recovered and went on to dream about the Haunted Mansion ride at Disney World, and that was a messed up let me tell ya. But that's another story.

Cyborg Kitty

Here's my Kitty-Kitarina Mushabelli-not with fur spikes but looking kinda evil with her glowing eye and tongue sticking out. I think it's quiet funny though. What the...I just looked at my other posts and the time is screwed up! I think I when I changed the time zone it screwed things up. Well, anyhoo, I don't really have anything exciting going on in my life right now, but let me just say that I love spring, especially when the weather is warm enough to not wear a jacket yet there's a slight breeze. I'm glad I live where I do (TN), and not where there's still like 6 feet of snow. Now don't go getting all bent out of shape, I'm not knocking snow, I like it when it falls in the morning is gone by the afternoon. Yeah, that kind of snow.

My first post...yay!
So, Hi...Leia here, very excited to finally join the modern world with this blog. Uummm...So The Amazing Race just came on so I'll have to go for now and hopefully I will keep this up on a regular basis!
The Amazing Race
Well, Patrick and his mom were last to come in so they're gone. Eh, but the old people are still there so that's cool.. I really like the brothers and I can hardly wait until next week, eek! they wreck!
Grrrr...giving my cat medicine is like pulling teeth. She hates it, I hate it, and all it does is get all over her fur and mat up so she has lovely fur horns sticking out of her cheeks! As soon as I figure out how to put pictures up here I'll show ya what I mean.
