time slips away...

when you actually have a life! I've been running lights for our theater's production of "Lying In State" and haven't even thought about my poor blog! Well, I'm taking the time now to catch up, and honestly there's not much to tell! We had a special show Tuesday night for the play, where people that had never been to the theater could come and see the show for free, so we had about 130 people there which is awesome because ususally 50 people is a crowd! I was so frazzled because I was running concessions, lights, and hosting! Plus I was nervous because a certain person was supposed to be there, and I was having issues with being able to cope with seeing him, and then he never showed up so I was freaking for no reason. whew! Dollywood was a little bit disappointing because we only got to see one show, the guys from Africa doing vocal percussion, but I'll be back so it's okay. Meanwhile my mother has been twice in one week and is going back again tomorrow, and she doesn't exactly like to go that much. Strange!
