Do not, I repeat DO NOT try to take your contacts out without washing your hands first after you have handled a supposedly not hot banana pepper. And especially don't rub the water you've washed your eyes out with repeatedly down your face...unless you want to be face down in a bowl of milk. That's right I said milk.
